Fear of public speaking varies from one individual to another person. Some people might experience feelings of nausea, others a loosening of the bowels, some, a dryness in the throat and others just want to run and hide.
Public speaking fear is one of the most commonly presented issues in our clinic and it occurs when individuals are afraid of talking in front of big groups of people, such as presenting a lecture or presentation.
